HELP with dress - Not Formal Enough??

I bought this gown and while I love it, I'm wondering if it's formal enough for a non-destination wedding. I'm getting married at a small country club, semi-formal with bridesmaids picking their own (black) dresses, and about 120 ppl.

What do you thinK?

I think that's very elegant and if you want to add some nice accessories you can always make it more formal - pearls or something I think would look lovely with this dress.

I think it will be OK. I think while it is simple, that gives you the opportunity to dress it up with accessories. Get some phenomenal shoes, with that cut yo don't really need a neckace but maybe a chunky/sparkley bracelet with matching earrings and eloquent up do and you can make that plenty formal enough. If this is the dress you love keep it.

I agree- jazz it up with some great accessories- it's a beautiful, classicly elegant dress, and you'll be fine!

It is a simple yet elegant gown. It is full-length and silk. I think it is formal enough. You need to be true to yourself and not every bride is going to be comfortable in ballgowns and rinestones.

I think it's a beautiful dress, but then I am biased towards JCrew dresses. I will be wearing the Cecilia dress.

I agree with the PP that you can dress it up with a cuff bracelet and some nice earrings and a great updo. Classic. Simple. Elegant.
