Rehearsal Dinner Opinion Needed

FI's parents just booked our rehearsal dinner @ Ricks at Pond View in Kingston.

I know nothing about this place, have any of you been there or heard anything about it? Honesty please!!!

    i have driven by it many a time, and i know of a few people who used to go there for special occasions  when iwas in highschool.

    its a nice looking place from the outside, and they have a gazebo that is out on the water. but thats about all i know about it.

    My parents have been there a million times and have said its amazing. We're actually going there this weekend with my parents as a double date too!

    My parents have friends that were married out back by the water.  They said it was nice there.

    It was my mom's favorite restaurant but we haven't been there in years.  From what I remember it was upscale and really pretty.

    I've been there and the food was really good. It has a cozy welcoming atmosphere- you'll have a great rehearsal dinner there.
