If I buy a strapless dress through a large gown sale, how do I get straps added to it? I was thinking about calling a bridal salon and seing if they would let me bring the dress in and just pick out the straps and do alterations. Is this something they will let you do if you didn't buy the dress with them?
Can you take a dress to an independent place for alterations and have them order a beaded strap from a designer?
I am trying to figure out the best way to get this done and still on a budget. All your ideas are greatly appreciated!!
