Like more brides i am trying to keep a tight budget. i thought that i would save some money and went looking for a dress online. what a mistake!! I found this shop called JJ's House. They have beautiful dresses for FANTASTIC prices and say that satisfaction is guarnteed. DON'T BE FOOLED!!! What they don't tell you is that for starters these dresses are made in China. My dress came in a timely manner and fit well enough to the size that I ordered. However the place where your breast should be is more around my throat, there are black marks on the dress and some of the beading is loose. I wrote to the company asking them to send me that form that is needed to return that dress because I was not satisfied. After about 3 e-mails back in forth and having to send them pictures of the defects I would told to sew on the beading myself and take distilled vinegar to the spots. When i told them that I would not be doing that to the dress and would like to return it, i got another e-mail back saying that they were sorry that I was disapointed but me returning the dress would take away money from the dress makers and they have families to support. i felt like that they were trying to guilt me into the keeping the dress. I am still in the process of getting it returned. I feel like I am completely out of options because according to them black spots and loose beads meet their are satisfactory to them. I have now learned my lesson because now do I not only have a dress that doesn't work for my wedding but now I have to go and find a new one. Which this time I have gone and tried on and love....no black marks and no loose beading that someone is going to tell me to sew myself. What I really hope is that my misfortune helps some other bride that is just trying to look beautiful for her wedding but doens't have much money to spend! It is worth spending the little bit extra and STAY AWAY from this company!!!
