Maggie Sottero- Sabelle Dress... need opinions

I reallllly love the maggie sottero sabelle dress,although it is from the 2010 collection. My wedding isn't until June of 2012. Is it too early to go try it on? I'm scared that they will take it off the line. Thoughts? Has anyone wore this dress?

Check what the shop will do for you...I tried on dresses at a salon that will notify you if a style you were interested in is scheduled to be discontinued, to give you several weeks to decide whether you want to order it while you still can.  By the time you place your order, it comes in, and you have it fitted, about six months from now likely will not be too early to buy the dress and you will be more sure of what type of ceremony you're having and that the dress will work for you.  On the other hand, you can always fit everything else around your dream dress if you want to use your gown as a starting point :-)

I would definitely go try it on if that's what you think you like.  I actually had a hard time finding the different kinds of Maggie dresses in just one bridal shop.  I had a list of 7 dresses from Maggie Sottero and the most one store would have is 2 off my list.  I would try it on just to get a feel for what you like.

my wedding is in oct. of 2012 too and i love the Maggie sottero dress cassarda. i already went to try it on. my view is if you love it and try on other dresses and keep going back to that one get it now who cares what season it is. i'm just going to get it a size bigger just incase. dresses take some time 6 months & up to get in. my friend got hers in after 6 months of waiting to find a 7in. snag in it so they reordered it and she went to try that one on and this one has greece stains on it from shipping.

I would wait. I know that a lot of the stuff I bought at the start of my wedding planning had to be rebught...For example I bought a gold braclet and then relizes everything else ended up being silver.

I ended up rebuying..Shoes, Viel, and Jewlry

do what will make you happy!  if you're scared to miss out- go try it on rather than agonizing over it until an "appropriate" time.
