My gown is oyster and my bridesmaids are wearing black. My accent color is sage.   I wanted the groomsmen to wear gray suits.  What color shirt and tie do they wear?  Any ideas?

I don't think there's ever a reason for a guy not to wear a white shirt, unless he looks really good in an ivory.  It doesn't matter what color your gown is, the difference is so minute (and you see so little of the shirts) that it's imperceptible.

For ties, black or sage, whichever your FI prefers (since this one is ultimately his call).

Ditto pp's.. white shirt and either black or sage ties/vests. Ask your FI what he thinks and how he wants the GM to be dressed.
