Hi there! About a month ago I order a dress from a catalog at a boutique.

I called the place and they said they don't do that and they gave me 2 numbers for reccomendation (which by the way were the wrong #). I'm embarrased to ask again for the number so that's why I need your help. Do any of you guys knows anyone who can add sleeve to this dress?
