So confused!

Hi ladies! Happy Saturday!
So, I have an issue... I have only gone on ONE dress shopping trip ( and only tried on about 6 different styles) and make a total impulse buy! I did cry when I put on the dress but now I don't think it is flattering any more! I don't think it's "me"!
Did anyone experience this at all?
I think I really just want to visit more stores to try on more dresses.. does that make sense ? Or am I nuts? haha!

Oh, as a side note, this is one of the Vera Wang White dresses from Davids Bridal!

The number one rule of dress shopping is that when you've found your dress, STOP SHOPPING :-)

If you have serious buyer's remorse, then chances are you won't ever be happy with the first dress...But if you're just not sure, then maybe you should go back and try it on again and realize why you fell in love with it in the first place.   

You CAN buy the second dress and try to sell your first (there are plenty of sites that help brides sell pre-owned dresses), but realize you are unlikely to find someone who will pay what YOU paid for it, so you will likely lose money on it.

I also only went on one shopping trip (I could not have handled more).  I loved my gown and details when I put it on.  We took some pictures.

When I got home and looked through the pictures, I became very uneasy.  The dress didn't fit me (obviously) so I focused on everything that was wrong.  I also looked up the stock photo of the dress and the picture was terrible.  I was really nervous.

My dress came in several months later.  I put it on and fell in love with it again.

Trust yourself.  And stop looking at dresses :-)

I think what you're going through is pretty normal. I only went on one shopping trip and was totally alone. The store was having a sample sale so I just wanted to pop in and see what was out there. 

When I left the store with my dress my very first thought was "did I just make a huge mistake?" But when I got home and looked at pictures of me in the dress I knew I made the right decision.

Holy crap girl!  You look STUNNING!!  Don't doubt your choice...you knocked it out of the park with this dress!

Keep it, and stop looking at dresses! That one looks amazing on you, love the bodice. I tried one on that was similar but it had one shoulder. LOVE IT!
