Wedding Colors

Ok, my groom and I have settled on having blue and black as our wedding colors. The types of blue were up in the air for a while (between a deep teal or light blue - depending on the season) but now I think I've settled on the deep, dark turquoise color. The problem is, we don't have a date or even season in mind yet. Would black, turquoise and some hot pink be ok for any season? Does it matter? Thank you!!

black, turquoise and hot pink would be good for any season!! I think depending on the season, you should use more or less pink (winter=less, summer=more)

I think those colors would work for anytime of year but I wouldn't start buying anything yet until you've locked down a venue. Some venues may have colors (like in the carpet) that wouldn't go with your color scheme.

We are doing Turquoise and Tangerine we are getting Married April 30 2011. The colors don't go with the Reception hall but to me that really doesn't matter. But that is just how i feel. Some people want everything to match so they change their colors to match the hall they are doing their reception at and I decided not to!

I think those colors are more like wintery or maybe autumn colors, but I think maybe you could make it work for spring or summer, depending on the details you are choosing for the decoration, maybe you could include a third color so you can cheer up that combination .
