Our isn't finalized but we have a rough idea free attending the tasting. We are going with the sauteed chicken and roast beef for the entrees with duchess potatoes. For hor d'ouerves we picked brushetta, coconut chicken, beef skewers, scallops wrapped in bacon and cheese display.

Thanks! I have my meeting this weekend, and I am still not sure which chicken to pick! It's between the Sky Meadow and sauteed.  Any advice?

It all depends on you and your guests tastes. I personally only liked the sauteed chicken because I'm a picky eater.
