dress too small... wedding 2 months away YIKES

i ordered the dress 1 size smaller on purpose and now i have to lose the weight in 2 months.  is it possible to lose the weight or completely impossible.  im motivated but im starting to freak out.  help me please!

  • it's possible if you have the weight to lose. Eat healthy and work out. They can also let the dress out a little bit.

  • You need to get a personal trainer. Like, yesterday. This will help you stay motivated - and he/she can make the most of your workouts/time for you. This way you do the correct workouts to lose the weight and look good in time for the wedding.

    It kind of depends on how big you are as to whether you can lose one size or not... if you're on the bigger side, it will probably come off quicker than if you're like a size 8 trying to be size 6.

    Start doing lots of cardio and major muscle group toning [lots of lunges!] - muscles will burn more calories for you. And start eating healthy - but don't starve yourself or go crazy with the dieting or you will fall off the wagon right quick. Do it right. Do it healthy. And make it a lifelong change - otherwise, it's all kind of pointless.

  • How much weight do you have to loose?  Like PP said, it depends on how big you currently are and how big you need to be.  Figure out how many calories you need to eat to loose weight, check out thedailyplate.com to find out.  It will tell you based on your current weight and height how many calories you need to consume to loose x amount of weight.  Also, start exercising, but do not rely on just that.  You need to balance calories in with calories out, so dont just start exercising and then eat what ever you want.  For exercise get a personal trainer or a work out buddy, it will help you stay motivated.  Also, there are some great work out videos if you do not have a gym membership, my favorite is Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, it is only 20 minutes a day but it kicks your butt!
