If you live in SWVA and have to get a dress either for Prom, Wedding or so on I would recommend NOT getting it from Chantilly Lace they have the worse customer service especially when it comes to fittings and alterations. They are down right RUDE. Always cancelled on me personally when trying on my wedding dress and then on my bridesmaids who lived 4 hours away and drove down there. We scheduled around their strict times and still cancelled. And when i called to ask approximately what time she would be back because my bridesmaid had children coming home from school and I was going to get them if needed, the manager gave me attitude and said if she (my bridesmaids) wants to know she can ask!!!!!
