Using different material/fabric on dresses - Clash or work?

Please excuse me if there is a similar post to this - I have searched and come up empty! But I have my wedding dress, which is Taffeta in Diamond white, the bridesmaids, which are all Charmeuse in a Navy color. My flower girls is Organza in Light Ivory with a navy satin sash. I have a junior bridesmaid who we are going to put in a different color dress then everyone elses, and the one I found is yet another material - Chiffon. Will the fabrics being different clash with one another?

The various navy fabrics might not be the exact same shade... but the difference won't be noticeable, and it certainly won't clash. 

I'm curious why you want to put the jr. bridesmaid in a different color.  Did you just find the perfect dress that happened to not be navy?

The fact that the fabrics are different shouldn't cause them to clash if they're in different colors. The same shade in different fabrics can look very different, but since you're going for different colors anyway, that's not an issue.

All the bridesmaid dresses are the same fabric, same color. I have yet to find a Junior Bridesmaid sized dress in a Charmeuse so I didn't want to go with the same color because I knew it wouldn't be the same. I just was going to continue to search if all the different fabrics would look bad together...

If you want the junior bm dress to mimic the older girl's dresses, maybe look for satin.  Satin and charmeuse have some very similar characteristics.  But it really doesn't matter, all those fabrics will look fine together.
