Does anyone know if there should be tax charged on alteration caps? My bridesmaid dress alterations were capped at 85 and they said it would end up being 92 and change. This place seems a little sketchy so I want to make sure I should be paying tax.
I've never heard this before. I was just in a wedding and I don't recall being charge extra. I live in NY by the way.
