Bridesmaid Dress Help!!

So the girls in my bridal party have all different shapes and styles....I want them to pick their own style dress but have the same color and material! Where do I go to find great bridemaid dresses? where have you gone?! Also.... what material looks best?... We are having our wedding May of 2013 on a yacht if that helps!! What dress styles or material is most flattering?

Alfred Angelo worked well for my daughter. All the (many) girls were geographically split so they only had the color and length specified and each chose a different dress. AA has their own stores throught the US as well as being carried by many other shops.

David's Bridal worked great for my girls. I told them what color & what length I wanted & else they were free to get what they wanted. The ironic thing is that they all ended up picking out the same dress.

With it being a spring wedding and your location you can easly get away with a short dress in a fun color or if you want a more formal look you can go that way too. Have fun with it!!!

I think that’s a great idea for BMs with different shapes and styles. My wedding is at the beach, and I had three girls.

I was so happy with their choices and I really think they were all comfortable in their outfit. And hope you can get inspiration from them. Considering your wedding is on a yacht, I think the most universally flattering would be an A-line chiffon dress. And what material is your dress?
