Do I trust these websites to order dresses from? Looking for cheaper dresses!

Hi Ladies,

I found a beautiful bridesmaid dress today for my girls, however 1 out of the 5 will not pay the price, and it is expensive! The dress is $230 at a local bridal shoppe. I cannot believe how expensive dresses are. I'm trying my hardest to get away from this dress, but it is a PERFECT orange color. I cannot find anything close to it. I have found the dress on these two websites, at a less expensive price:

The refunds are possible, but seem demanding...a little fishy?

Let me know what you ladies think, I don't think I can make my girls pay $230 for their dresses.
