Attire for the Groom/Groomsmen

I am having an outdoor wedding in November...the ceremony is late afternoon outdoors under the oaks and the reception is in a rustic barn with straw on the floor and antique decordations such as very old saddles, washboards ect.... we are both southern and would like our wedding to match our personalities. We are beekeepers (honeybees), we both ride horses, hunt and fish (and no, I wouldnt go with camo at the wedding). I am not looking for a completely formal wedding...not looking for a hoedown either. I guess I am looking for southern charm or ellegant country.

My FMIL thinks jeans for the guys which I was originally against but then I looked at a few pictures and I saw that it can be done and not look like total trash. I posted a couple pics and the only other alternative I could possibly try and go with..the vests. As far as the pics go, I don't really think the girls will be in cowboy boots and especially not all non-matching. What do y'all think? (Oh and the wedding dress in the first pic is cute if anyone knows what it is)
