Knockoff site?

Does anyone know if http://www.moonlightdress.com/index.html is a knockoff site? I realized awhile ago that lightinthebox.com was a knockoff site and I wanted to look into this one since I had never heard if it.

I was looking at bridemaids dresses on it.
