Any other short haired brides?

I have short hair, and although I am trying to grow it out, I know it won't be where I'd like it to be for our big day, but I am having a hard time finding anything cute/classy for my wedding day.  Am I alone on this?

I wish!  I grew my hair out so it's a few inches past my shoulders now, but I'm dying for a haircut.  I had my trial run a few months ago and was told I shouldn't get a haircut before the wedding

If I did have short hair, I'd look for an awesome hair piece.  I would almost opt out of the veil and just find some cool flower or brooch-kind of thing to put in.

Just keep it simple! Wear your hair the way you normally do, and add a hair flower, fascinator, birdcage veil, or headband to it.

Some knotties to look to for inspiration:

polichik (find her on either etiquette or snarky brides)
cew (find her on snarky brides)
mandapanda (find her on etiquette)

There are so many others I'm not thinking of right this minute. Check out signatures for wedding photos of short-haired brides, and also check out projectwedding.com's inspiration photos.

i have short hair, well what hair is left lol im going through chemo and when im done with that i have to go through radiation, and when my hair started to fall out i cut it off and donated it to locks of love. so one of my good friends (who is also a hair dresser, and is doing my bridal partys hair) told me that if im able to keep what hair i have she can put extensions in it, if not then she can do a wig (which i wear daily) so those may be some options to look into.

I'm sorry, but I am not following you on this ... you're having a hard time finding a cute/classy ... hairstyle?  hair accessories for short hair?

I have super short hair and am sure it will be wonderful on the big day.  I hope you find a comfortable hairstyle that you will like.  I can imagine it would be upsetting not to like your hair (and anticipate that for months).  Sorry.

I'd wear a sweet crystal headband like other girls said, or find a fun veil or headpiece. Don't feel you have to change your hair! It's part of you and why FI likes you.
