Bridesmaid Hair - Let them choose?

My amazing bridesmaids are very fasion forward girls. Should I just let them figure out the style of hair, or should I stick to the vision i had? Also, if we can't agree should I let me have different hair styles?

Let your bridesmaids do what they want with their own hair.  I think a bride who dictates the hair according to a vision is a veeeeeeeery micromanaging bride. 

You get to pick the dress.  Shoes, hair, accessories, etc... should all be up to the bridesmaids themselves.

All of my girls picked how they wanted their hair and everyones hair looked great! No matter what your "vision" is, they will look great sporting their own style

I'd be pretty peeved if I was a bridesmaid and the bride made me wear my hair a certain way to fit her "vision."   

Bridesmaids aren't dolls for you to dress up.  Matching dresses are okay, but matching hairstyles is too much.

Let them pick. My girls are picking their own dress, shoes and how to wear their hair. They are all different girls and have different personalities that will shine with their choices.

I was thinking of hiring someone to do on site hair and makeup at a hotel suite that I'll have for me and my 6 bridesmaids to get ready just to make life easier for us all on the wedding day. 

I plan on paying for it and I am going to leave the hairstyle and makeup style up to them, just asking that they keep in mind that I won't be going super fancy with mine. 

My bridesmaids all wanted to get their hair and makeup done professionally anyway so I thought this would make it easy for everyone.

agree w/ pp... let them decide! i am letting my bm chose their own style dress < bill levkoff floor length satin in wine... that narrows it down to 33 dresses for them to chose from>  hair/ makeup and shoes! each bm is there for you on your big day ( and would probally do whatever you asked) but let them be comfortable and show their own personaliy shine through!

I completely agree. I am paying for my girls to get their hair done professionally and they can choose the style. They are also accessorizing themselves - I really hate that cookie cutter look beyond matching dresses.

I agree that is very 1990s. I let my bridesmaids choose everything on there own with the stipulation that the dresses have some sort of unity I.e. same color different styles or same style different colors. They all decided on the same dress and said that they felt they could wear it again. Hopefully they meant it.

im letting my girls choose there own style because everyones hair is a different length i just told them i wanted them all to have matching flowers on the right side
