ordering a copy from DHGate.com

Im in love with sooo many dresses, but i have narrowed it down to 2, unfortunately they are both way outa my $500 budget... i saw a place online that does copies.  Has anyone ordered from DHGate.com???   What are your thoughts, because i could get the dress for $200USD from this site
