Are sleeves on wedding dresses so 90's?

I purchased a wedding dress from David's Bridal with a sweetheart neckline. When I went dress shopping, not a single store had a dress with sleeves. Would it be old-fashioned if I had lacy, 3/4 sleeves added to my dress like the picture below? I'm not having a "vintage" wedding. It's more of a classic, springtime, lunchtime wedding. What do you girls think?

Sleeves or cap sleeves are perfectly fine esp if you are having a winter wedding. There are a lot of nice dresses out there with sleeves, however, when I was looking for my dress, it just wasn't my style preference.

I can't see the pic either, but I think that if it's done right, it can be very classic and beautiful. Ivanka Trump wore a gown like this! 

There are more designers coming out with options for this type of gown (I was just on Pronovias' website earlier and noticed at least one), but if you're having trouble finding options with sleeves, look at temple-ready or modest styles, or consider having a seamstress add sleeves to a strapless gown.

I love that dress.  I would totally have bought something like that if I had seen it when shopping.  I think big puff sleeves are 90s, but those sleeves are very classy.  Love it.

Love the dress. I'm not a fan of sleeves on a wedding dress, but that is truly something else. Beautiful.

When I think of 90s wedding dresses, I think of Vera Wang.  She really hit the scene in a big way then and I feel like EVERYONE wanted a Vera Wang dress.  Remember the 1994 Olympics, when she did all of Nacy Kerrigan's dresses?

That being said, I don't think a certain element of any dress will be seen as "90s." Dresses have had sleeves for decades. 

Pick ups and colored sashes might look dated in a few decades, but who cares?  If you love it, wear it.

I have a cousin who was married in the 70s and the pictures are hilarious to me (maybe due to the tux more than due to her dress)...but she adores them.

I think when done correctly, sleeves are beautiful.  They should be fitted and lace or something more sheer, IMO. 

Big poufy sleeves are dated.

I think that dress is beautiful.  I am wearing a 3/4 sleeve bolero over my dress in the church, and then going strapless for the reception.  Ditto pp--I think it is the poofy sleeve that would give the '90s look'--the dress in your pic looks very classy.
