Tried it on and they won't tell me the designer (and no tags). Sweetheart neckline, lace with appliques only on one side of the dress. Price was $1020. Thanks!

The shop was Elaine's House of Brides in Green Bay. I posted a msg on the local board to see if anyone is familiar with the codes they use to mark the dresses. Still hoping to figure it out!
