Alterations

So, I'm thinking I'll need alterations for my dress. It has lace, and beading, so I'm preparing myself for like, a $300 alterations bill.

Where did you get your dress altered and was it really expensive? I'd love to keep my alterations under $200. Thanks!

I am getting my alterations done by Dressmaking by Dolly out of Hudson NH

She is doing a hem, cups, shoulder work, bustle and press all for $150.  When I originally contacted her she gave me a rough estimate over the phone, and it was the same price when I went in to see her and she saw all the work that needed to be done.
