Bridesmaids dress HELP!!

I'm looking for a strapless, above the knee dress with a red floral pattern. I've found only a few, and they are either out of stock or not quite right. I had already decided on a cream colored lace dress, but have since decided the fabric is far too heavy for a July wedding. Any suggestions would be appreciated with links!

Why does it have to be strapless? Are all your bridesmaids comfortable wearing strapless? Many women aren't. Also, what kind of budget are they okay with?
