XP: How long does dying shoes take?

Hi girls, I'm in Australia and will be back in the states for my wedding exactly 2 weeks before the big day.  I'd like to get my shoes dyed to match the bridesmaid dresses, however, I don't want to get the shoes dyed before I've tried them on.  So I can buy shoes here in australia and get them dyed here (which is ridiculously more expensive, like everything else in Australia) or order the shoes I want in a few sizes online, return the ones that don't fit, and immediately get them dyed when I get home.  I just worry that they might not get back to me in time before the wedding if I do that.  

So, my questions are:

Where did you buy dyeable shoes?

How long did it take?

How expensive was it?

I assume you're getting married in Rhode Island?  I got my shoes at Shoes to Dye For in Natick, MA... not sure if you'll have time to go there before your wedding, but it's well worth it!  They have an in house dye shop, and they actually let me go back in the shop and they custom mixed a dye for me as I stood there and watched.  I needed mine in a hurry for my dress fitting, so they dyed them on the spot for me.  We let them surface dry for about 30 minutes, and then I took them with me.  The shoes were about $40-$45 and the dying cost about $12 I think.  I had to be careful with the shoes after for a couple of days... not to get them wet, couldn't let anything touch them while they finished drying, but aside from that, it was fabulous!  They definitely accommodated my difficult situation.  I also had another pair dyed there and shipped to me, and I had them in less than a week.   I don't know how they are about dying shoes that aren't purchased there, but it's worth asking them.  They have an online store too:

Thanks girls!  That's great about that place in Natick... I am getting married in RI.  I'd love to get something that could be done on the spot.  That way I wouldn't have to stress about whether they were lost in the mail!  Thanks so much!
