Bakery- We are going with Jacques in Suncook, NH.  Our cake was included in our venue package, but we decided to upgrade our cake because there was a design that we really liked. The upgrade cost us $150. Our cake feeds up to 150 people. Our entire cake is 3 tiers.  The bottom tier is almond cake with amaretto buttercream filling, the middle tier is lemon cake with lemon buttercream filling, and the top tier (our tier to take home) is the same as the bottom...almond with amaretto.

Limo company-  We are not using a limo for the wedding, but we are using one to take us to the airport for the honeymoon and to bring us home. We are using Harris Limo out of Lowell, MA. We have used them for years and Jason the owner is fantastic.

Jeweler-  We got our wedding bands at Kay Jewelers. We went to the one in Canton, CT (FI lives in CT). FI also got my engagement ring there.

Where/Who did you order invitations through- We bought our invites, STD, Thank yous, place cards, rsvp cards, and menu cards all in the same pattern at AC Moore. They had the perfect set for us, so we just went with it and printed them on our own. We have received a lot of compliments on them, and we are pretty sure we saved a bit by doing them ourselves.

Bakery-  Cakes for All Occasions, Templeton, MA.  We ordered a 3-tiered cake that will feed just over 100 people.  Each layer will be a golden vanilla and each layer will alternate fillings:  strawberry, raspberry and blueberry.  The price worked out to about $3.50 per slice.  She delivers to southern NH, (at least to the Western part of the state).  Contact info for the bakery (and all other vendors), is in the planning bio link in sig.

Limo company-  We're using LA Limousine, (Wlton) 4 hours, no limit to # pick-ups.  He's picking up at 2 locations in Nashua, driving the BP to Jaffrey and dropping off, then driving from Jaffrey to Keene to pick up the GM at the hotel and bring them back to the venue in Jaffrey.  He'll drive the BP from the "getting ready" place down to the stone terrace and each member of the BP will exit and walk down the aisle at the outdoor venue.  Following the ceremony, the 'bride & groom' will exit to the limo and be shuttled around for about 15 mins with some champagne to allow time for the guests to make their way up to the reception hall.  Then he'll bring us back for photos.  Including tip, this will run around $500 for 8-passenger limo.

Jeweler-  E-ring and re-sizing of grandmother's band done at Shnayder Jeweler's, Nashua, (same plaza as Marry & Tux Shop).  We've used Joseph Shnayder for years and he's a great guy...much better service and prices than any 'mall' jewelry store.  He'll tell you "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth"...gives great advice.  Unfortunately, my grandfather's ring could not be re-sized big enough to fit FI, so we ended up ordering him a new band.  Suprisingly, the best price that we found for a 14k white gold comfort-fit 5mm band for him was at Sam's Club, ($229), so we ordered it from there just a week or so ago, it has not arrived yet, but we saw one in the store and it matched mine pretty good.

We used CardsandPockets.com to order our invitation supplies and we also used the Cards and Pockets Printshop for printing--they were fantastic!  A+  The designs for our invites were done by a relative who is a graphic artist in Nashville.  She custom designed these based upon our theme using sunflowers.  Many of our guests raved about how beautiful the invites came out.  (Pics in siggy)

    No limo being used.

Invitations were ordered from wedding paper divas. I ordered a sample of the style I liked a few months before I was ready to order. Cake: Jacques- not sure what the typical price is, as we're getting a little bit off for ordering through our venue, but I'd HIGHLY recommend.  Very professional, amazing decorating, and delish. :)

Jewelry: Capital Craftsmen and Romance Jewelers on Main St. in Concord

Transportation: Distinctive Transportation in Chichester (we're renting a trolley)

Invites: DIY kit- BRIDES for Michael's with coupons. Very easy to do, and much much cheaper than anything professionally done, from what we found.  I actually ended up loving them much more than any samples I saw from another place.

    Good luck!

Cake - they're out of business now :-(

Jeweler - Barmakian (near the Pheasant Lane Mall) & Hannoush (in the mall).  We used Barmakian for my e-ring and loved them.  The only reason we didn't get the band there was because we would've had to have it cutsom made and I didn't want to send my e-ring out.

Invites - I made them myself.  Pics in bio.

Bakery - Just Like Mom's Pastries in Weare. Charge is $4 a serving. We're having 2 layers (top & bottom) of Red Velvet with cream cheese filling, and the middle layer is Vanilla with a chocolate mousse filling.

Limo - We aren't using one.

Jewelry - Jared's in Manchester.  Not my favorite place to go but as long as FI doesn't have to bother with the mall or a lot of traffic, that's where he'll go.

Invitations - Did them on VistaPrint.  Got matching Thank You's and Escort Cards there too.
