Has anyone here  gotten married at the Oaks in Somersworth? What was your experience like?

I'm getting married there this July! I have nothing but good things to say about the food and everything that I've experienced so far. Leslie is incredible...she's going to make sure EVERYTHING goes perfectly and if you have any questions she will be happy to answer them and help you with things. 

They do the best job of setting everything up and making sure things are the way you want them.

Thanks for the info! Im getting married July of next year and Ive already started looking at possible venues online. The Oaks looks like my favorite so far : )

My fi was in a wedding of friends there.  It was a beautiful location!  They did an outdoor ceremony by the gazebo, and an indoor reception. I liked the covered patio- lots of people were outside during cocktail hour.  Overall, it was great!  The bride had nothing bad to say about it.  GL!

If you're really interested go soon!! I wanted July and they already were kind of booked up for July (my date was actually taken and someone backed out)..and this was last March when all of this happened. 

They are pretty popular for weddings and events so they book early..especially since July is a busy month. Good luck!! and Let me know if you want to know anything else before you go in.

We are getting married at the Oaks on June 18.  So far our experience with Leslie has been great, she's been so easy to work with.  It's a beautiful venue, and we've heard from multiple people that have attended weddings before that the food is good, which is always nice to hear!

How much of a down payment do you have to make for them to hold your date?
