re-puffing the tulle on my dress

I am wearing this dress:

I ordered it online, so it was shipped to me folded up in a box. The tulle flowers along the bottom and up top got all smooshed down and look limp and floppy.

can this be fixed? would a cleaners or tailor be able to fix it?

Steaming it with a steamer is the best way to go-- steaming anything in shower tends to "wilt" the tulle more. You could buy a cheap steamer, or take it to a local cleaner.

turn it inside out and hang it from the waist. Use hangers with clips.
