purchasing a dress online from netbride

does anyone have any experiences with doing this? Good or not so good? I am nervous to risk it - but the dress that i love is literally $850 less for the exact same dress on the net bride site! Help! any input will be helpful!

I ordered my dress from netbride. It has shipped and is on it's way to me - should arrive this week. Much better price, like you said. My only complaint thus far is once you place your order, you can't call them, only Laura can answer questions after that. She takes a few days to get back to you. Overall, however, well worth saving over 50% for my dress from an authorized dealer.

I have a similar concern; at the end of the day, it's only about $120 less than in the store, but that's a lot of money while planning a wedding.  I read one revew in which the bride claimed she waited to order her dress, then it was shipped without a tracking number and took forever to get to her.  I'm wondering if this is standard operating procedure, or if, generally, they do track and are easy to work with.

Any thoughts?
