My measurements are 32 - 24 1 /2 - 39 and so I bought a wedding gown in a size 6 to accomodate my large hips. Now I'm thinking that the bust will still be too large even after alterations. The dress is lined with a boning material..is it possible to alter the bust from a size C to an A or B ?
