I promised my honey that he could be comfortable since it's our wedding. We both want him to wear his brown boots because he hates dress shoes and doesn't want to rent them since they are so uncomfortable to him - and he's just a boot man. Originally he (and GM) were going to wear khaki's, blue blazer, white shirt and tie, but that got nixed since his mom has been quietly, but persistently pushing for him in a suit/tux. We were on board with a suit, actually bought a nice charcoal suit that looks great with the boots. But then, what about the other guys? I have a hard time asking them to buy suits and was curious of other's thoughts on having them rent a black tux with him in the charcoal suit. The BM's are in navy, I'm in ivory with a navy sash. I've got to make the decision this week...please help!
