Do NOT go to Suburban Bridal for your wedding dress ladies of Omaha!! I did purchase mine there and I regret it! It is the worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life! They have been rude to me and my mother when we have already purchased and over 1,000 dollar dress from them. Promised me it would be in the end of March (today). I go in to speak to them and they say no not until the end of June. Then claim this is in our contract. I just read through it. It is not!! The are rude horrible people who lie to their customers. Save yourself and do not go into that place!!

I agree!! I purchased my dress from there as well, and had a lady just make up a story that my dress was shipped March 1st and would be here the end of March. A different Iady I talked with the next day said there's nothing about a shipment date in the computer, and basically the other girl just made that date up based on when I ordered my dress. Now it's supposedly coming the end of April/beginning of May, which will be 9+ months instead of the 6-8 they say when you order (and that's if it really arrives at that time). I'm getting nervous that it will never get here and I'll be screwed out of the 400+ dollar deposit I put down. I wish I'd gone somewhere else.
