Party Dresses

Where is everyone getting their dresses for their bridal shower and bachelorette party?  I don't often shop for party dresses and since I have been looking it is clear I do not know where to shop :-p. (Everything is office-y)  I am looking to keep it as close to $100 or under as possible.

 I have a BCBG outleft near so I bought my dresses there and were about 30 bucks each... but I realize that's not always an option. 

 darn.. I don't have a pic of the shower dress at the moment. 

Shop like you normally do? Where would you go for party dresses? 

My only advice is to make sure they are dresses that you will wear again.. You already are buying the wedding gown that you only wear once.. why buy a couple others? heck, where something you already have if you want.

I actually bought one of my shower dresses from Amazon for $40.  I would definitely get something you can wear again like FTL said.  I think I'm probably going to wear a dress I already have for my RD, but I'm not sure yet.  I may buy a dress if I can find something I like at Kohls or something.  I've spent enough money on other things where I'm not going to spend a fortune on clothes for showers/parties/etc, KWIM?  (Although I'd love to, but budget dictates that that isn't going to happen!)

I bought my RD dress at JCrew outlet.  I didn't really have a bparty.  

I already owned my shower dress.  

For your shower dress I really suggest it goes over your knees while you sit as people will take pictures of you opening your gifts.  I have seen pictures up girls skirts on my many years on TK, not pretty.
