Another gown mystery...can you solve?

Anyone know the designer?  I have seen this pic before, actually like 3 + years ago, so I know this is an older gown....but I'd love to know who the designer is.

    Again -- reverse image search to the rescue.  I'm not a couture maven so I'd never even heard of Carmela Sutera, but that's apparently hers.

    Yes it's carmela sutera and it's either style 314 or 318.  :)
