My dress is here but...

I got a call from the bridal shop today, my wedding dress is in!  Per the owber, Carla, its beautiful, but I can't see it until next weekend!  How the heck did anyone else handle the anxiety and excitement and waiting?  I was better when I was waiting in it to arrive.  Since this weekend is Memorial Weekend, my bridal shop is closed and thanks to work and the 1 1/2 drive to it, I have to wait another 11 days before I can see it, touch it and try it on!

DDs dress just came in - she's in Hong Kong and can't see it till see gets back, I pick her up at the airport at 10, we have a 1:30 appointment for her first fitting.  SO excited!

Same thing happened to me.  My dress came in 2 months early, but I can't see it for another week and a half either.  Now that I know it is in I am so excited to see it even though I was expecting it to come in July.
