i am in love with a beautiful dress. It may be to dressy for my semi formal reception. It's a ball room gown with lots of sparkles! It's everything I dreamed of. Should I buy it? I am having a hard time committing to the dress!

Obsolutely buy it. Once-in-life dress should be all your decision, which reflect your features and expose all your beauty as soon as possibel in your big day. But can you stick this dress picture?  Now I really can't imagine how beautiful the dress looks like. Thank you.

Get it! You love it, so why not. If you are having a semi formal wedding, a ballgown is not too much for it and certainly wont look weird.

If you can afford it and it's the dress of your dreams go for it! If it's going to bury you in debt then search for a less expensive version...

Get it!  My dress has a semi cathedral train, so wrong for an outdoor wedding but I don't care, I love it.
