Hi Everyone, I just got married March 6th and we had such a beautiful day for it! I got a lot of my vendors from The Knot and just had to share all my vendors to hopefully help others. I was definitely on a budget, and maybe I am biased, but I think my wedding was the best I have ever been to.
Everything was beautiful and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day. If anything went wrong I didn't know. Here are my vendors, definitely contact me if you need their contact info:
Cake: Klemm's Bakery, Windham, NH A
The cake was delicious and very very affordable. I saved a lot by doing a smaller cake and sheet cake. It wasn't super fancy but that's what I wanted. Something that tasted wonderful, was affordable, and simple. I am sure they can do more if you ask them. It's not a place to go if you are looking for the whole cake tasting experience of sitting down but it's the best cake I've had in a long time and the cheapest around, believe me I looked!
Ceremony Location: Searles School & Chapel, Windham, NH A+
Love loved loved our ceremony location! The building is beautiful, which is why we picked it. Jeannette works with you on what you need. I changed the room we got married in at the last minute and it was fine. If you know someone that lives in Windham that can contract for you, you can also save a bit of money.
Flowers: Kimberly Desmarais with Couture in Bloom A++
Wonderful person to work with! She works out of her home and comes right to you to go over everything with the flowers. I got her from a NH Knottie and she was wonderful!!! Since she doesn't have a store you get individual attention at your house and rock bottom prices!! Her work is absolutely beautiful and she makes sure everyone is set on the wedding day. She can do whatever you want!
DJ: Scott Hudson with Unlimited Sounds DJ A+++
Best DJ ever! He is the funniest best guy you'll ever meet! He did a fantastic job at the wedding and his sounds system is the best! Once you talk to him once he will have you laughing like crazy. He really has the best energy to be a DJ and will do whatever you want. He has tons of ideas if you need some help. Contact me if you need his email!
Photographer: Tiffany Pajak with Through My Photography A+++
I haven't seen my final pictures yet but I don't have 1 ounce of worry. She was sooo fantastic. She was there for the entire rehearsal and dinner and then the whole wedding day! She will work with you on the package you want and will let you know what she can do with your budget. So professional and friendly. I love having her at my wedding not just as my photographer because she is so fantastic! You will instantly feel like she's your friend once you sit down and talk to her and that's exactly who I want capturing my big day. Best photographer ever!
Makeup Artist: Candice Lazorchak A+++
I can't say enough good things about Candice. I wasn't going to have my makeup done and then decided to at the last minute and I think it's the best decision I made for the wedding day!!! Not only was I not stressed about anything with getting ready for the wedding, she's just the best person to have there on your wedding day!! She is so excited for you and so wonderfully cheerful!! She has a lot of wedding info so it's great to have someone like that as you are getting ready. My makeup was flawless and the pictures I have seen are beautiful! All of my bridesmaids are still talking about the experience!
Hair: Absolute Elegence, Salem NH C-
My hair was just ok for the wedding day but I am just aggravated with them overall. They charged my bridesmaids over what they quoted and 2 out of 4 of them were not happy with their hair. One of my bridesmaids even had her hair fall out when she got back to the hotel after having her hair done. I called them this week to let them know I wasn't happy with the quality and that they uped the price on us when I booked months ago. They said they would have a manager call and I haven't heard a thing from them. I definitely won't go back there for any service and would never recommend them. They did have some nice snacks for us on the day of the wedding but it doesn't make up for the negatives.
Reception Location: Brookstone Event Center A
Wonderful venue. Jen is really good to work with and really helped us work everything into our budget. They take care of everything on your wedding day! I just dropped off my centerpieces, etc days in advance and then never thought about a thing! Everyone raved about the food and said it was a beautiful location! I can't believe how much we got for our money 2! Their package is great. If you are looking to save money they have super low prices during off season which runs until April.
Rehearsal Dinner: The Common Man, Windham, NH A
This is my favorite restaurant so was really excited to have my rehearsal dinner here. The food was fantastic! It's a great location if you are getting married where we did because it's just around the corner!! They have a few rooms to choose from to accommodate your size and the managers are great to work with!

Nice guy to work with. He is super affordable and has great wedding ceremonies if you are like us and didn't have a clue on what we wanted during the wedding.
Apart from my hair I feel I had the best vendors in the world! Although I was on a budget I didn't feel that way with anyone I worked with and I still had top quality! Everyone I worked with was so personal and that's just wanted I wanted for my wedding day. Please please contact me if you need help with anyone's contact information because most of my vendors are small companies. From my experience, small companies provide the best service and you will always feel like you are the only person they work with.
