I need opinions on shoes...... PIP

Okay so here's the situation... I just can't make up my mind on flats.  Here are the choices.  I have the flats in my siggy which would be in the midnight blue (exactly in the picture) or I am thinking about these peep toe flats but in a red 9exactly as shown).  They are both from the same place but the shoes in red are only $5 more.  The heels I'll be wearing are in the midnight blue and you can see them in the reflection in the mirror in the dress picture. Anyways, here is a picture of the dress I'll be wearing the flats with (if my feet get tired) and pictures of the shoes.

based on the style of shoe alone, I LOVE the red ones (I am still searching for my flats and would love to find a purple pair that was similar!)

but how do the colors play in with your color sceme? For some reason I had been thinking that navy was one of your colors, no? If you are all about navy, stick with the shoes you have or keep looking for another navy pair....but if you love the red, they are ADORABLE!

PS your dress looks FABULOUS on you Your waist looks so tiny!!! (Please take this compliment in a non-creepy way!)

Thank you! (and I'm not taking it in a creepy way). My colors are blue, green and yellow.  The peep-toe shoes only come in a mustard color which I don't think would look good AT ALL and kind of teal color but I love the red ones of the colors they offer and i think they would look best with the dress.  I'm fine with the red not matching with the rest of the color scheme.
