Is this actually a Romona Keveza dress?

I found this ad on ebay for a Romona Keveza dress. It says its from the 2007 collection called "Edge Of Night". Any research I've done, I can't find a Romona Keveza dress like this. You think this is a scam?? Or is this a real Romona dress??

I think that the image being used is of an actual Romona Keveza gown, but if you look at the one picture of the actual gown for sale, I have a hard time believing it's the same dress. Plus almost all of their positive feedback is from buying, not selling. I'd be a little leery.

I would ask to see more pictures of the dress that is for sale.  You can see in the pics, the 'real' dress has buttons all the way down back, so I would def ask for pictures of the back of the dress.  Have them take pictures of the dress tag, the sales tag, the box, etc.
