Lace Cover Up... what is this called/where can I find it??

I'm looking for a specific type of cover up to wear with my dress but I'm not sure who makes it or what it's even called... !
 
It's a lace, pull over, mock turtleneck, with short sleeves.  It only covers your collarbone and meets with the top of your dress. 

Am I imagining a piece that does not exist? 

I've searched everywhere in stores and online and no one seems to have anything like this.  It's a bit victorian inspired, but I've searched for victorian lace and still nothing.  Help!

It's usually called a bolero. Ebay and etsy have loads of them. You can buy one premade or have one done custom to your specifications. I would probably go the custom route. You may even want to send the maker a swatch of your gown's fabric so they can match the color. HTH

I have one that came with my dress that I won't be wearing. it doesn't have sleeves, but only covers my shoulders. I was planning on selling it after the wedding, but I'd be willing to sell it to you if you'd like. I don't have pictures now, and I'd have to go to my mom's house to get pictures since that is where the cover up is. but if you're willing, I can try to get pictures next time I go over. my email is pooh8402 AT yahoo DOT com.
