Dress advice

I never dreamed I'd be so confused about picking a dress!

Is this dress romantic and breath-taking... or does it look like it needs to stay in the bedroom?!

I had the most amazing reaction to it, but I keep wondering what impression it would give as I walk down the aisle (and I know HE would love it) but I don't want the women in my family thinking I lost my mind and am ready for the honeymoon at the ceremony!

I want to knock his socks off and he usually sees me in sweatpants and t-shirts, so this would get his attention, no doubt... BUT (welcome to my state of mind, arrghh) is this too much?  I don't even know if this shape is the most flattering b/c I am short-waisted, but I keep coming back to it.

(I blurred the red clips from the back in this photo)

And this was actually a joke, making fun of the serious model poses.. but I like it)

Not sure if if it flatters my short waist~

If the overlay were not sheer, it would be basically be an A line gown, which is what my mom most wants me to wear.  So, what do you think?  Does it look like a glorified nightgown or a gorgeous wedding gown?

Re: Dress advice

@renee6465~ San Patrick and Pronovias both make a version of the same dress (This is the San Patrick version)  I think Alfred Angelo has a similiar one...
