Has anyone bought a dress from lightinthebox.com?
I recently ordered a dress from them and it should be here by the end of May.
Our wedding is not very formal so I wanted something less flashy, that I could dress up with accessories. Also I wanted to keep the budget for other things, as me and my FI are paying for most of the wedding ourselves.
I ordered an ivory A-line satin strapless floor-length dress from their BM collection. http://www.lightinthebox.com/_p24104.html
After I placed my order, I came across some really bad reviews of the site. I know there’s still plenty of time until my dress arrives and there’s no need for me to panic. But it would make me feel a lot better if I knew that any of you have some positive experience with ordering gowns or BM dresses from them.
And please - if you can - post a picture or two of the dresses you received.

For those of you who ordered from them ... how long did it take you to actually receive your dress?  Ive purchased a MOH and a MOB dress (a little less complicated than a bridal gown), and I am wondering what the turnaround time has been.  They give the 17-26 days to make the dress, and 3-8 days for delivery.  Have you had to wait until the long end of that, or were you pleasantly surprised with an earlier delivery?

I didn't get my dress yet. It's less than 17 days for me now.
Please note that they say it takes 17-26 working days - I checked with them and they have 5 working days in a normal week. So keep that in the calculation. 17-26 days + 3-8 days shipping could take up to 7 weeks.
And now all the shippings are also delayed because of the vulcano in Iceland.

I hate waiting
But I hope I will love my dress

The dress I ordered is also very simple and has no embroidering (7 days in creation of the dress) , so I hope it could be shipped sooner.

My dress is shipped!!
A month after I ordered it less than 20 working days
Recieved an e-mail from them today, my package is sent with DHL. It should take max 15 days to get to Europe
