Hi fashionistas,
I live and am getting married in San Diego.
I am on a budget (although my fiance keeps uping the budget at every turn!), and so I was looking for a steal of a dress. I am going dress shopping for the second time tomorrow. Problem is, my taste is not matching with what is availalbe in my budget.
I am considering renting a dress rather than buying. I feel like, even if I spent as much as I might to buy, I would get a much higher quality dress. Then, I wouldn't have the extra cost of cleaning and preserving it...
I don't think I would be happy if I spent a lot of money and then had a dress in the closet that I'll never wear again - plus, the pictures will always be there to think back on and be sentimental about! And I am not thnking my-possible-future daughter will ever wear my dress...
It really sounds like I have talked myself into renting, but I feel like it's a big decision, so I am looking for other opinions. Thoughts?
