tulle slip issues

I am my FSIL's bridesmaid and have her dress and everything at my house. She bought everything at David's and her slip came in this really small plastic bag.  I hung it up trying to fluff it out the way it is supposed to be but some areas of the tulle stays creased from being folded in the bag and just won't fluff....any ideas on how to fix this?

Think of it like a veil.  When you shower hang the slip up and let the steam do the work.

IF you want to fluff it a lot, turn it inside out and hang it. Then when it's turned rightside out it will be much fluffier than it was but that's only if you want a really fluffy crinoline.
