Has anyone tried to restore/redo a vintage dress? I'm looking for some place in the Kansas City area that specializes in vintage wedding dresses, to clean my grandomother's dress, and tell me whether or not it's possible to make the changes I want, and possible put those changes in place. Has anyone done this or do you know of a place I could try?
