I can't find that exact dress but Maggie Sottero and Allure carry many dresses that are very similar.

If you can find out where this picture was taken (assuming it's not you in the photo), then you could narrow down your options to the designers which this shop carries.

I just went bridal shopping to several stores, and I saw a lot of dresses similar to this, so it's hard for me to narrow it down.
