Wedding rehearsal dress

Hi! Does it matter what kind of dress I wear to my wedding rehearsal dinner? As in, am I supposed to wear white? Or not wear white?

    It doesn't really matter. You can wear something white or with white in it, you are the bride-to-be! I wore a long sundress to mine. It also depends on what kind of rehearsal dinner you are having: nice restaurant, BBQ, etc.

    It's going to be at Maggiano's (Iralian restaurant). I'm not really concerned about what type of dress to wear, I just didn't know if I was expected to wear white, or if I can wear a hot pink dress if I wanted to.

    And it doesn't necessarily have to be a dress. It's a rehearsal, not anything remarkable.

    A friend of mine wore pants to hers.  She hardly wears dresses, like less than one a year.
