Non traditional wedding dress

 I am looking for a dress that I can wear again,  I want to find something white, cute/sexy, knee length.  I have looked at Nordstrom, Macy's and some other stores. I think it will be nice to re-wear the dress and have the memories of my wedding.  I am getting married in June so I think I will have better luck in Spring.  Is anyone else going this route?

i did not go this rout myself (i went further and did not buy a white dress because i could not find one i love) but in my looking, i saw a calvin klein that might fit what you are looking for.  it is a v-neck, sleevless but with wide straps, simple but well fitting pleated/folded jersey.  it comes as floor legnth, but the simple shape of the skirt means it would alter very well, and you could have it hemmed up to whatever legnth you were looking for.

I'm probably getting the dress for my AHR from http://www.unique-vintage.com. I really love their stuff, and the prices are pretty reasonable.  They've got a good selection of short white dresses.
