HELP finding this dress!!!

Hey guys!! Ive been a longtime lurker but I really need help finding the designer of this dress, or where to find it!!






SOO sorry its so small, but its the only pic I have!!

I am REALLY in love with this dress, but concerned of being NOT able to find it locally, but I would also be open to purchasing it online too...

    This one has me stumped.

    I found several lines that had dresses with a bottom very similiar to that one (Maggie Sottero, Demetrios, Sophia Tolli had one) but none so far that have a top like that.

    I will look some more tonight.  So far, all I could tell you is what designer's don't show a dress like that on their website.

    It was on a local bridal shops facebook page.  I wasnt sure if it would be "tacky" or not to write them and ask them who made it if I decide to get it elsewhere.. Here is a link to the site with the designers they carry.. I guess I can either go ahead and ask them who makes it, or drive my ass out there and find out, or just keep searching on here!! LOL.  Sorry if I sound crazy... Thanks!!
